Yield: 6-8 servings
PREP: 15 minutes
COOK: 30-45 minutes

TIP: Can stir them about half way through cooking to make sure all the potatoes are covered with the cheese mixture.


1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Half a block of Velveeta cheese, cubed
12oz sour cream
1 bag of Hash browns (squared), thawed.
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder


1. Melt together 1 stick of butter, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper, cream of chicken soup and velveeta.
2. Once melted, take off heat and stir in sour cream.
3. Grease a casserole dish and spread out potatoes in the dish. Pour the cheese mixture over the top.
4. Bake at 375`F for 30-45 minutes or until done.
