Yield: 4-6 servings
PREP: 10 minutes
COOK: 20-25 minutes


1 ¾ lbs small red potatoes
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon paprika


1. preheat oven to 425`F
2. Cut each potato into quarters.
3. Place in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish
4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
5. Mix well, pour over the potatoes and stir well.
6. Bake until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
