Meatloaf

Yield: 6 servings
PREP: 15 minutes
COOK: 1 ½ – 2 hours

TIP: Final internal temperature should be 170`F for ground beef. Ovens may vary so check meatloaf after 1 hour.

 

2lbs ground beef
1 cup of bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers (I like to use crushed Lays Potato chips)
2 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
onion powder
garlic powder
1 pkg of meatloaf seasoning mix (or
Lawreys Seasoning and Thyme)
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small can tomato sauce

 

1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, ½ cup cheese, onion, garlic, seasoning packet and black pepper.
2. Place in a loaf pan and pour tomato sauce and remaining ½ cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.
3. Bake at 350`F for 1 ½ to 2 hrs on bottom rack of oven.
