Pork Steaks

PREP: 5 minutes
COOK: 10 minutes

 

4 pork steaks
Lawrey’s seasoned salt
olive oil

 

1. Make sure pork steaks are completely thawed. Once thawed, both sides dry with a paper towel.
2. Sprinkle both sides with Lawrey’s seasoned salt.
3. Heat oil in a skillet on the stove and place pork steaks in skillet.
4. Cook for 2 mins on each side.
5. Once flipped and after it’s 2 mins, lower heat and cover skillet. Cook for 5 mins.
