COOK: 30-35 minutes


7 RED Bliss Potatoes (skins on & quartered)
3-4 tablespoons EVOO
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder (3 cloves minced)
2 teaspoons dried rosemary


1. Preheat oven to 350`F. Quarter potatoes with skin on and place in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary and toss in bowl until evenly coated.
3. Transfer seasoned potatoes to a nonstick baking dish or baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
4. Place in oven for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
