Rosemary Grilled Porkchops

Yield: 4 servings
PREP: 5 minutes
GRILL: 15 minutes

TIP: Internal temperature should be 170`F for well done meat.


½ cup chopped fresh rosemary
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 pork loin chops, cut ¾-in thick


1. Stir together rosemary, salt, pepper and oil in shallow dish. Add pork; cover and chill 8 hours, if desired, turning occasionally.
2. Discard marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 8-11 minutes or until no longer pink and until juices run clear.
