Sheppard’s Pie

Shepherds Pie

Yield: 4 -6 servings
PREP: 30 minutes
COOK: 45 minutes


1lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can kernel corn, drained
7 medium potatoes (can use instant potatoes)
Cheese slices


1. Brown hamburger and drain.
2. Mix the hamburger, tomato soup, green beans and corn together and place in a casserole dish.
3. Make mashed potatoes and put on top of the meat/veggie mixture.
4. Bake at 350`F for 45 minutes
