Yield: 4-6 servings
PREP: 10 minutes
COOK: 5 minutes

 

1-2 whipped eggs
1 ½ cup flour
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

 

1. In first bowl, whip the egg(s)
2. In second bowl, mix all spices and flower together
3. Pour ¾ inch oil in a pan
4. Dip filets in the egg batter and then dip them in the powder mixture.
5. Cook on the first side for 2-3 mins
6. Flip and cook the second side for 1-2 minutes.
7. Place on a plate covered with paper towels.
