Embracing The Change

Western Casserole


Yield: 4 -6 servings
PREP: 20 minutes
COOK: 3 minutes


1lb ground beef
1 16oz can of corn, drained ½ of juice out
1 16oz can of kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
4 oz sharp American cheese
¼ cup of milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
4-5 slices of cheese


1. Brown the meat, drain
2. Stir in rest of ingredients and bring to boil.
3. After boiling, put into casserole dish and top with cheese slices.
4. Bake at 325`F for ½ hour
