Yield: 4-6 servings
PREP: 20 minutes


2 slices bacon
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon water
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper


1. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry.
2. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
3. Add other dressing ingredients to grease and heat to boiling.
4. Pour over salad greens and serve immediately
