Yield: 6-8 servings
PREP: 20 minutes
COOK: 7-9 hours


1lb very lean ground beef
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can beef broth & 1 can water
1 pkg frozen, mixed vegetables


1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, drain.
2. Mix all above ingredients together in 4-quart crock-pot.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours, until vegetables are tender.
