When I found this recipe, I felt like I won the lotto. If I could cook every meal like this, I’d be one very happy camper. It’s literally a whole meal in one crock pot at the same time. What could be any easier than that?? I made a slight change from the original poster’s recipe, because my family is full of picky eaters. Simply click the Actual Pinterest Link above to get the original recipe/plan for this meal, otherwise, I’m just writing how we made ours.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Boneless Pork Chops (however many you need)

2. Corn on the cob (How ever many you need. We used 6 half sized ones)

3. Regular Potatoes

4. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Season Pork Chops with the Lawry’s salt

2. Sear the Pork Chops on both sides

3. Place Pork Chops on the bottom of crock pot in an even layer

4. Wrap corn on the cob in foil

5. Wrap each potato in foil

6. Place the potatoes on top of the pork chops and the corn on the cob on top of potatoes

7. Cook on Low for around 8 hours
