Another fantastic find! This one is very easy and customize-able. My family is picky so we just do meat and cheese and top off our individual pieces with our own desired toppings, but you could add whatever else to this recipe to make it more than just meat and cheese.


1. 1lb ground beef

2. 1 packet taco seasoning

3. Water, as called for on back of seasoning packet

4. 3 Large flour tortillas (8″ size)

5. 1/2 Cup salsa con queso

6. 1 1/2 – 2 Cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

DIRECTIONS: (the original post has step by step photos)

1. Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain excess grease.

2. Add in taco seasoning (follow directions on season packet)

3. Once ground beef is ready, add in 1/2 cup salsa con queso and mix well

4. Pre-heat oven to 350′ and spray an 8″ round baking dish with cooking spray

5. Layer the bottom of pan with 1 tortilla

6. Add about 1/3 ground beef mixture for the first layer

7. Add a 1/3 of the shredded cheese mixture

8. Place the 2nd tortilla shell on top

9. repeat steps 6 & 7 until all layers are complete

10. Bake at 350′ for 15 – 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are slightly golden brown
